1. 1790 House: You may have heard this called the Joseph Bartlett House. It is on the National Register of Historic Places, near the Middlesex Canal. It was built in 1790 and remains in use today, as an office. Its colonial architecture in itself is worth seeing.

2.  Visit the Winn Memorial Library: This library is a National Historic Landmark, built around 1876 and designed by architect H.H. Richardson. The expansive lawn, the asymmetrical structure of the building, and the interior designs make this rare beauty a great place to visit whether you need a book or not.

3. The Baldwin House: This historic home was built in 1661 by Henry Baldwin, whose family continued to live in it until 1888. Since then, the mansion has served as a boarding house and as a restaurant. It is located on the Middlesex Canal, right across from the 1790 House.
