Nestled along the banks of the Cedar River, Waterloo, Iowa, is a growing city of cultural and historic significance.  Settled around 1850, the city was named for the famous Napoleonic battle in which Napoleon was defeated by the British.  Here are the top five things to do in Waterloo:
