Cordova Community Center was a school, the county's library and a church until it began to function as a community center. The building, raised in the time of World War I is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Cordova Station also worked as the county's library for some years and this was the last headquarter of the library until its movement in a modern location. Nowadays, Cordova Station is a one room train station on Macon Road serving the Nashville Chattanooga railroad and the St. Louis railroad with just one room.

The Walter Granville Allen House is a private residence from the early 20th century built in a colonial revival style. This house is considered a true work of art.
