Our suppliers operate on a supply and demand basis, which means someone was probably trying to book the same car at the time of your search. What you can do is try again and book the next car on your search list. The price can change regularly, but that's how supply and demand works...

In most cases you need to be a minimum of 25 years old BUT you can still rent a car in most states if you are over 21 years old. In this case a mandatory surcharge usually applies and the in ability to lower excess charges may also apply. This varies from company to company. Some vehicle types may also be restricted. Some New York suppliers will let you rent a car if you are 18 years old, though fees apply.

Yes, quotes are comprehensive of Airport Recovery Fees, Stamp Duty, Registration, Goods and Services taxes. If you have insurance currently than there is no extra charges added. Although there are options of adding additional insurance at the time of pick up. The easiest way to modify or cancel your booking is through our sites make changes links. These links will take you directly to the appropriate suppliers web pages to a change or cancel. The companies all have different login procedures and these include a mixture of email address, last name and reservation confirmation number. Please note that you must enter this data "exactly" like you did when making the booking. The data fields are all case sensitive so you must use the same upper and lower case lettering as used for the booking.

Child seats can only be added once you have made a booking, so the cost of the seat will be added on top of the quote we give you. Yes, suppliers will allow small pets to travel along with you, though the car must be returned in the same condition in which it was rented out. If there is any damage from the pet, you will be charged for the damage or charged an extra cleaning fee. Traveling with the proper equipment is advised.

Yes, when you enter your details, they are sent using high encryption SSL. Since we never ask for your credit car to rent a car, we're even more secure. VroomVroomVroom is one of the few booking websites where we DON'T ask for your credit card number.

Additional Driver
When there is more than one driver associated with a rental, the second and any subsequent drivers are referred to as the additional driver(s). There may be a charge applied for additional drivers.

Airport Surcharge / Airport Recovery Fees
An additional charge will apply at certain airport locations to ALL fees associated with the rental and included during the quoting process at time of reservation.

Insurance

A service provided at check-in which enables a customer to return a vehicle which does not have a full tank of fuel.

Rental Day
Normally, a 24-hour period which starts at the time of check-out, however can also apply to a rental period that is of several hours' duration.

Rental Duration/Length
Normally, the total of rental days, however can also apply to a rental of several hours' duration.
