I found your site by accident while planning our 5 week austrialia vacation next jan (we live in toronto) and i think 4 times i emailed CS - every single time i got a response back in under 24hrs, i was completely blown away. off the hook customer service, I just made 2 reservations, and will only use your site for our car rentals. Extremely impressive customer service, if you EVER want to expand in Toronto - please let me know ...i want in!!!

We have used your site now for the past 2 years when we vacation in Florida and have found your company to provide the lowest rates and best service. Just made two consecutive bookings with you. Extremely pleased with how easy this was. Very nice touch to allow users to view and manage their booking with the car rental company. Will definitely use this for all my bookings as I can't imagine returning to pages of data collection that others have put me through!
