Ardmore is located between two counties, namely Delaware and Montgomery, in Pennsylvania. With a population of over 12,400 people, Ardmore is viewed as one of Philadelphia's suburban areas. Ardmore was named in this way by the Pennsylvania Railroad, in 1873, being initially called Athensville, since 1853.
