South Dallas is a neighbourhood in Dallas, Texas just right for a holiday destination. One of the most notorious areas in the United States is the intersection of Hatcher and Malcom X Boulevard. Top Attractions Within South Dallas

South Dallas is the area bounded by Downtown Dallas to the north, Trinity River to the west and south, and the pleasant Grove area to the east. It is a home to the State Fair of Texas and the famous Cotton Bowl and is generally considered to be the area in which an overwhelming majority of African-American people live.

South Dallas Music Hall hosts corporate events, live music concerts, private parties and all sorts of social events. In the evening, you can take your friends and come here, where you can experience a Texas tradition and see a concert, take dance lessons grab a bite, ride a mechanical bull and much more.

South Dallas Holocaust Museum teaches both tourists and locals about the past in order to impact the future. The Museum was born in 1984 and established by a group of local survivors who created the Holocaust Center in order to preserve the memory of what they had endured. The South Dallas Holocaust Museum Center for Education and Tolerance is dedicated to preserving the memory of the Holocaust and to teaching the moral and ethical response to prejudice, hatred and indiference, for the benefit of all humanity.

The Cedars is a district in south Dallas situated adjacent to and south of downtown, east of Lamar Street, north of Corinth Street and west of Harwood Street. It is one of the premier destinations in Dallas, with stately Victorian homes owned by lawyers, politicians and businessmen. It is also the home of the Dallas 'Jewish' community.

Exposition Park is located to the east of Deep Ellum and north-west of Fair Park, centered along Exposition Avenue. It is home to parlors, eclectic bars and small entertainment venues.

Dallas Fair Park, a 277 acre recreational and educational complex is a national historic landmark and is home of the largest Ferris wheel in the USA, a lagoon, nine museums and six performance facilities. The Park has the distinction of being recognized for its significant art deco architecture. 

Cedars Station is located at Belleview and Wall streets in the Cedars neighborhood of south Dallas. Opened in June 1996, this station on the Red and Blue lines serves as an old city park, with connecting services to Fair Park.

Palladium Ballroom is located on S. Lamar Street, this place is the main centre for those who wish to enjoy musical concerts in south Dallas.
