Hedden County Park
is a huge park located partly in Dover-New-Jersey. The land for the park was donated in 1963 by the Hedden family, hence the name of the park. The park was dedicated in late 1970 and has grown ever since. Some of the facilities in this Dover park include ball fields, picnic places, hiking trails, an ice rink, a fishing lake and the possibility to rent a boat.

Triangle Park
is located downtown Dover and is a small and charming place, great for relaxation in nature. This park is taken care of by the Renaissance Club of the town.

The Spirit of the American Doughboy Statue
is a copper sculpture that honors the veterans and victims of World War I. The statue is actually mass produced, not unique – it can be seen in more than 150 communities around the United States of America. This replica located in Dover can be seen in Hurd Park, a passive park of the town. The statue is in the park since 1922 and is a part of the homage of the town for the war casualties.
