    Hagerstown is a wonderful city located in Maryland, United States. Hagerstown is the county seat of Washington County. With a population of about 39.600 residents, Hagerstown is considered to be the largest city in the area and the sixth largest one in the state of Maryland. Hagerstown has a surface of 10.7 square miles (27.6 square kilometers). Hagerstown was founded in 1762, but the city was incorporated only in 1813.     Hagerstown City Park
    is one of the many beautiful parks that can be seen in the city.
