Seabrook is a small, yet very charming city in Texas. It is known for its fish markets on Waterfront Drive where resident shrimpers and fishermen bring in their daily catches. Seabrook was purchased by Seabrook W. Syndor in 1895 and later on the Seabrook Company of Houston created a layout of the proposed Seabrook Town Site. The historic downtown that was built then, still stands today, with many of the original locals still running the businesses. Most of the shops in Seabrook are antique shops of bed and breakfast places, that is why Seabrook is such a unique place.
Seabrook Clear Lake Park is a wonderful park, where you can relax and have a great time with your family and friends. The park is very nice and big, with several play areas for children. You can resort to activities such as softball games and badminton. Therefore, parents can sit back, relax and watch their kids playing in a clean environment, surrounded by a beautiful landscape.
Signature Bistro in Seabrook is a charming venue. Originally a small house, it was transformed into a casual fine dining restaurant with a cozy ambiance. Signature Bistro offers great food, good company, and a full bar. The menu is varied, as you can serve here brunch, lunch or dinner. Aside from the mouthwatering dishes and strong coffee, the Bistro has also got a fine selection of wines.
Mario's Flying Pizza and Italian Restaurant is the perfect place in Seabrook, where you can enjoy an authentic Italian cuisine experience. Aside from the traditional pizza, calzones and salads, the restaurant also offers a range of baked classic specialties, sandwiches, appetizers and specialty soups.
