Miller Hall is a historic building situated in the campus of Waynesburg University, within the area of the city. It was built in a period of 20 years, between 1879 and 1899 in a Second Empire style. Miller Hall was designed by American architect J.W. Drumm and occupies less than an acre. It was named in honor of the president of Waynesburg College, Alfred Brasher Miller. In present, the building is on the National Register of Historic Places, thanks to her importance in the heritage of the city.

Hanna Hall is another historic building from the campus of Waynesburg University. This construction was raised in Waynesburg in 1851 in a Federal style. It occupies 0.3 acres of land. It received its name in 1896, after a reverend in town, William Hanna. Since 1979, the building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
