Winter Garden is a charming city in the state of Florida, United States, located more exactly in Orange County, 14 miles away from Orlando. The history of Winter Garden goes back to 1908, when the city was incorporated. According to the 2010 census, Winter Garden has a total population of 31,132 residents and spans on a total area of 17 square miles. The West Orange Trail is a multi-use rail trail that spans on 22 miles in length and passed through Oakland, Winter Garden, and Apopka. If you are in the mood to take a walk or to bike, the trail awaits you. By covering it, you will get to see some beautiful sights, as well as other nice cities.
The Winter Garden Heritage Museum is the place where you will find out many interesting things about the history, heritage, culture and traditions of Winter Garden. The museum is located in a 1918 Atlantic Coast Line train depot and puts on display numerous artifacts and historical items.
Chef's Table Restaurant is a great dining venue in Winter Garden. Featuring a diverse menu, it is impossible not to find something to your liking in here. The food is amazing. It is even presented in a great way. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and will promptly cater to your every need. The atmosphere is nice and intimate and it will make you feel very welcomed.
Four Rivers Smokehouse is another terrific restaurant in Winter Garden. You will not get disappointed by the food, and the desserts are simply mouthwatering. When coming here, do not expect a typical restaurant. Even if it rather resembles a fast food, making the trip to eat here will be worth your while. Not to mention that they give free samples, too!
