New York City parade for Easter

New York City

New York City has so many Easter-related fun activities for young and old to take pleasure in. This year, celebrate Easter by joining the Easter scene on Fifth Avenue during the Easter Parade and Easter Bonnet Festival. If you simply like to take part from the sidelines you don't need to do anything but be present in order to see different people dressed in their Easter bonnets, which run the gamut from lovely to extravagant creations. It is nice to note that you could also sketch or use your own Easter bonnet to really be a part of this NYC tradition. Also, don't be surprised to see several dogs dressed up for the occasion. Hurry and make sure to book a car rental in New York early so you can quickly explore the most popular tourist attractions in the Big Apple.

Now is the perfect time to make plans and enjoy the best events in Chicago for the whole family, such as egg hunts, Easter Bunny appearances and visits. You and your kids can join the fun and hop over to Paschen Park for their annual Egg Extravaganza. Other fun activities include face painting, story-telling, arts and crafts, games, plus a visit with Mr. Hippity Hop Bunny. You can also bring your dogs to get involved at the annual Doggie Egg Hunt at Horner Park on April 15, from 1pm - 3pm. The event, which is co-sponsored by Horner Park Advisory Council, shows dogs searching for treat-filled eggs for Easter, and after which, dogs will be presented with a bandana and will be permitted to  participate in the bonnet parade.

Las Vegas

Seattle city guide

Spend Easter in Las Vegas as there are several free events that are appropriate for the whole family, including the Easter bunny or egg hunts. These are open for families with children. Note that young kids through elementary school are welcome to join in the actual hunt. Aside from the egg hunts, there are other activities such as music, food and entertainment that are suited for adults and older children.

Head to Seattle this Easter with your reliable and affordable rental car and  don't forget to have a good time. There are many things to do on Easter in Seattle, including egg hunts, a lot of brunch and dinner options, shows, games, and more. Easter brunch options range from casual restaurants, to fine dining establishments, to several cruises. Easter egg hunts, mass at the beautiful St. James Cathedral, and a swing dance competition are more ideas.  And since Easter Sunday falls on April 16, expect to have Seattle Easter events all weekend.
