The Globe of the Great Southwest is located in the campus of the Odessa College. This is a replica theatre of William Shakespeare's Globe Theatre. This theatre is the home of the annual Shakespeare festival, during which some of the most well-known works of the playwright are produced and performed on stage.

The Presidential Museum and Leadership Library is one of the largest cultural and educational facilities of Odessa.
