Glen Ellyn
Glen Ellyn is a village in DuPage County, Illinois with a population of just under 27,000 in the year 2000 census. The village has had its name changed often since 1834, when the first landowner, Deacon Winslow Churchill arrived here from New York. A tavern was later built here, which became a stagecoach stop and then came the railroad and from there the village progressed. There is not much to do over here, but there are a number of attractions in its immediate surroundings.
Elmhurst
Elmhurst is a neighborhood of Chicago, located in DuPage province, Illinois. The earliest settlers of this area were members of the Potawatomi Tribe, who lived along Salt Creek, south of the city.
Downers Grove
Downers Grove is situated just west of Chicago in DuPage County and is an affluent town. There is plenty to do in Downers Grove and should one want to visit, there are frequent train and bus services running to and fro.
Carol Stream
Carol Stream is a village in DuPage County, Illinois in the United States of America. It is named after the developer’s daughter Carol Stream and was incorporated on January 5, 1959.
