3) The Longwood Hotel: This orange and black structure (now housing municipal offices) holds a long, impressive history in the areas of politics, professional sports and Hollywood movie sets.
4) The Annual Arts and Crafts Festival: Hosted by the Central Florida Historic Preservation Society, the event is held in the city's historic district, and offers a variety of arts and crafts, music, food and beverage, and lectures on fine art and historic preservation.
5) Movies in the Park: The city also hosts outdoor public screenings of popular movies in its city-center park, where spectators are encouraged to bring picnic baskets, blankets and bottles of wine for a cinema under the stars.
