Caledonia State Park is a beautiful recreational facility, that every visitor will love. This state park allows for a multitude of activities, the most popular ones being hunting, fishing and hiking. The park was founded in 1903, and it knew an instant popularity. You can also spend the night here, since there are many tent and trailer campsites, as well as campgrounds. A swimming pool, a golf course and even a summer stock theatre can be found here, so everyone will have a good time when visiting the park.

The Appalachian National Scenic Trail is a marked hiking trail of about 2.181 miles. Pennsylvania has 229 miles of the tail, so if you are passionate about hiking, do not miss exploring it. The Capitol Theatre Center was opened in 1927, and it has been providing spectacular performances done by the Chambersburg Community Theatre ever since, but many other events, as well. A particularly interesting fact about this theatre is that it is one of the few theatres in the country that still have their original organ, that is a Möller theatre pipe organ.
