The Forest History Center is a great educational institution, where you will find everything you need to know about the history, culture and traditions of the place. You may be surprised with the people here, as they are dressed in traditional costumes, which date more than 100 years back. Their purpose is to take you back in time, to relive history and see how did people live when Grand Rapids was founded.

The Children's Discovery Museum is the place dedicated for children who want to learn interesting things. There are many exhibits here, including a lovely doll collection, which girls will particularly love.

July Harland's Birthplace will present you with every detail about her life, including all kind of memorabilia, artifacts and pictures. This fascinating place is also home to the actual carriage from the Emerald City, in the Wizard of Oz. You definitely must see it!
